After completing his engineering studies at the University of Naples “Federico II”, Marco began his career at General Motors as a System Development Engineer, focusing on the calibration and development of advanced after-treatment technologies. He later joined FCA/Stellantis, where he held various engineering roles in the propulsion systems area. Over the years, he advanced to positions such as Systems Integration Manager and Chief Engineer, overseeing teams and projects dedicated to both traditional and electrified propulsion systems. Recognized for his innovative approach, Marco was honored as a top intrapreneur within Stellantis in 2022 for leading a corporate startup focused on battery services. Building on this success, he transitioned to the Software department, where he now serves as Lead Product Manager for the Battery Value Chain, driving the development of software solutions that support Stellantis' EV strategy.
