Jørgen is the Co-founder and CEO of Evyon, a Norwegian startup that converts EV batteries into a modular energy storage solution for commercial and industrial applications. Before founding Evyon at the end of 2020, Jørgen worked as a management consultant at BCG, specializing in renewable energy strategy. Jørgen holds an MSc in electrical energy engineering from NTNU in Norway and ETH Zürich in Switzerland. In his Master's thesis, he wrote a stochastic optimization algorithm for residential battery systems.
