Johanna Izett is a relationship-builder and new business developer who is enamored with all things entrepreneurial, especially for social impact. Izett is half English-half American with an International Business degree and started off working in Supply Chain in Pirelli in New York. She then moved back to the country of her dreams, Italy, to pursue an HQ corporate experience abroad. From there, Izett shifted into strategic marketing and sales where she gained her expertise in account management working with OEMs across the world. After several years, Izett was eager to expand her horizons and went on to work for Deloitte. She continued to work in consulting account management for top tier clients in both the automotive and energy industries. After a couple of years, Izett was drawn to the startup world where she worked freelance on several projects before joining the Hive Power team as Senior Account Executive. Izett specializes in driving strategic commercial activities and is focused on building sales and partnerships with an improvement-mindset. Hive Power is bringing Izett’s lifelong dream alive, applying expertise where business, technology, EVs and energy communities intertwine. When she’s not at work, she’s either learning about Italian food and wine or out somewhere in the middle of nature.
